Marketing Communications Manager Location:
100% Remote (Preferred locations: Denver, CO; Austin, TX; or Dallas, TX) We are a mission-driven organization focused on delivering impactful solutions and experiences to prospective clients. Our Acquisition Marketing team supports Business Development, Charitable Consulting, and Complex Strategies by creating meaningful, data-informed communications that drive growth and enhance the prospect journey. As an Acquisition Marketing Contractor, you will support the Sr. Manager of Acquisition Marketing in executing lead generation and nurture strategies. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop marketing assets, manage projects, and optimize lead management processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for data-driven marketing. Responsibilities Develop email assets and landing pages in collaboration with the Data Driven Communications (DDC) team. Update acquisition materials to reflect rebranding efforts. Monitor and optimize lead management processes, including Marketo and FSC integration. Collaborate with vendors to gather and present actionable data insights. Act as liaison between Acquisition Marketing, DDC, and cross-functional teams. Track digital tagging requirements across prospect communications. Create and maintain lead management training materials and presentations. Build reports to evaluate lead generation effectiveness. Support Business Development and Charitable Consulting teams with acquisition strategies. Manage project workflows, compliance reviews, and QA processes. Proofread and ensure accessibility of public-facing content. Research and test new lead generation strategies. Refine lead scoring models to improve sales handoff readiness. Assist with event messaging and communications.
Job Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in philanthropy or financial services. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident presenter and facilitator. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and analytical. Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Financial Services Cloud. Skilled in content creation for emails, websites, and marketing collateral. Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and user experience best practices. Proficiency in tools such as Outlook, Workfront, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, MS Office, SharePoint; familiarity with Drupal and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
