Role:

We are seeking a Medspa Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at LYEV Miami . In this high-energy, proactive role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them in discovering our life-changing wellness and aesthetic treatments. This isn’t your average sales position. You’ll play an essential role in providing excellent service, actively promoting our services, building long-term relationships, and being part of a team that truly cares about client results and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Service Excellence:

Greet and check in clients with a warm, welcoming demeanor. Ensure each client enjoys a personalized experience, making them feel valued and pampered. Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with detailed information about services, promotions, and booking procedures. Address client concerns or requests with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain a pristine, comfortable, and inviting front desk area.

Sales and Product Promotion:

Actively promote and sell spa services, skincare products, and packages tailored to client needs and preferences. Offer in-depth consultations, providing customized recommendations for treatments and products. Upsell and cross-sell services to drive revenue growth and improve client retention. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Client Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with clients by remembering their preferences and offering consistent follow-up communication. Track client visit history and suggest services or products based on their previous experiences or seasonal needs. Encourage clients to book return appointments and take advantage of special promotions or loyalty programs.

Administrative Duties:

Manage booking and scheduling through our system for seamless operations. Handle client payments, invoicing, and transaction processing in line with spa policies. Maintain client confidentiality and uphold data protection standards. Oversee inventory and assist with ordering necessary supplies.

Collaboration and Team Support:

Collaborate closely with the spa management team to ensure smooth daily operations and assist with promotional campaigns. Participate in training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and treatments. Help organize events, special promotions, and client appreciation activities.
