Outside Sales Representative Right Choice Resources Miami, FL 33134 Our recruiting firm has partnered with a growing distributor of premium outdoor living and grilling products to hire a field-based Outside Sales Representative in South Florida. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, customer-facing environment and enjoys selling high-end, technical products in a B2B retail setting. Compensation & Perks Base Salary :

Role Territory Management :
Daily travel throughout the region (Sprinter van provided), with full ownership over your route and accounts.
Sales Focus :
50% new business development, 50% upsell/cross-sell within existing dealer network.
Events :
Participate in trade shows and in-store weekend demos (approx. 25-33% Saturdays, flex weekday off when worked).
Client Service :
Handle post-sale needs like warranty questions, merchandising, and product setup.
Reporting :
Use CRM to track visits, sales activity, and customer feedback.
Candidate Profile Must-Haves:
Based in Miami-Dade or Broward County Conversational Spanish proficiency Comfortable with physical aspects of the job Strong people skills and consultative sales approach Able to analyze client sales data and identify growth opportunities Appreciation for upscale, technical products
Ideal Background:
