We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pest Control Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our range of pest control services. As a Pest Control Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ pest control needs and provide customized solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Present product demonstrations and educational materials to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pest control technicians and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed customer expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to effectively position our services in the marketplace.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates with additional education/certificates or training are a plus!
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
