In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales skills and exceptional customer service abilities to effectively promote our products and services. Duties Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to achieve sales targets. Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for business development. Engage in inside sales activities as needed to support overall sales efforts. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data. Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer experience. Attend industry events and networking functions to promote company offerings and expand professional connections. Be Proactive on finding new and creative solutions to our clients. Be Self-Driven and Manage your own time, but efficient to visit clients on a daily basis Enthusiastic about Home Improvement Products Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with territory sales strategies and techniques for effective market penetration. Proficiency in CRM software is desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
