We work with select distributors to sell our products. We sell natural stone products that include pool coping, thin veneer, wall caps, pavers, and other materials. An ideal candidate should posses excellent communication skills, an easy going attitude, composed personality, good follow-through, and the desire to take pride in their work. Finally, the candidate should be willing to learn new skills and techniques and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided along with a company vehicle and a benefits package. Salary plus commission.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue Responsible for identifying and prospecting for new customers Work closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies Analyze market trends and develop action plan to capitalize on shifts in the market Prepare sales projects and activity reports for monthly meetings Compile sales data, interpret buying cycles, and share results to help coordinate inventory levels Prepare quotes and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained Strives to meet company financial objectives and upholds company values
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a sales representative for Midwest Market. Two or more years of outside sales experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to negotiate with internal and external sources Valid driver’s license and good driving record
