Job Description:

As a Package Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our guest experience. After guests complete a two-hour tour of our product, your primary responsibility will be to present and sell our exclusive 3-day, 2-night future stay package to Orlando or Miami, which includes an additional $50 gift card when redeemed. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn substantial income through a combination of hourly wages and commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with guest’s post-tour to explain and sell our future stay package. Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our membership and promotional offers for return guests via the comeback packages. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

Compensation:

Base Pay:

$15 per hour

Commission:

Earn commissions on each package sold

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience preferred, but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and a passion for customer service English & Spanish speaking
