Full Job Description Position:

Patient Engagement & Sales Specialist Compensation:

$18-22 per hour based on experience

Commission:

10% on all cash-based services sold

Bonuses:

$100 bonus for monthly sales of $10,000 $200 bonus for monthly sales of $15,000 $300 bonus for monthly sales of $20,000 $500 bonus for monthly sales of $30,000

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:

Actively engage in inside sales, striving to meet or exceed sales targets with integrity and earn commissions and bonuses.

Patient Care:

Provide top-notch care and service to patients, ensuring their comfort and trust in our services.

Community Outreach:

Participate in community outreach initiatives for approximately 4 hours per week to promote our services and build relationships.

Social Media and Digital Presence:

Manage and enhance the institute’s presence on social media platforms and other digital marketing channels to attract and retain clients.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Skills:

◦ Proven sales ability with a drive to succeed. ◦ Warm, friendly, and exuberant personality. ◦ Strong customer service orientation and personable demeanor. ◦ Assertiveness in pursuing sales goals without sacrificing customer satisfaction.

Experience:
