The role starts at $52,000 depending on experience. 2-3 years of marketing experience accepted in lieu or marketing degree. Hybrid position. 40 hours weekly, including weekend days. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to support our Customer Service Center and help us reach more families through exceptional service and strategic sales execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, loves achieving targets, and brings high energy to every interaction. Support and coordinate tasks related to our sales and customer service efforts to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Deliver exceptional service to all families and leads, answering questions and guiding them toward enrollment. Actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions that align with our mission. Assist in nurturing leads through personalized communication via phone, text, email, and in person. Maintain and update lead databases, tracking engagement and follow-ups.
Campaign & Marketing Support:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales campaigns that drive inquiries and enrollments. Collaborate with the team to create content, proofread materials, and ensure brand accuracy in all communications. Help align sales messaging with promotional materials to create a cohesive experience for potential customers.
Community Outreach & Events:
Build partnerships with local organizations to represent the school at community events and health/safety fairs. Support planning, staffing, and outreach at events to promote our swim programs and increase visibility. Represent our brand in the community with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Sales Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and report on campaign performance and sales activity using analytics tools. Support strategic sales planning through insights from customer interactions and enrollment trends. Share feedback with the team to continuously improve our sales approach and marketing efforts.
Administrative Support:
Maintain organized sales and outreach files and documentation. Support internal processes and workflows related to customer communication and lead tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Learn and assist with basic digital marketing tools (SEO, website updates, social media) to support lead generation. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure sales initiatives align with broader branding efforts. Contribute to content creation (visuals, video, print) as needed for campaigns and events.
