Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative at Premium Merchant Funding, you will be an essential part of our mission to support small and medium-sized businesses. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential clients, initiating valuable conversations, and creating opportunities for our sales team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, success-oriented team, all while working in a modern, energetic office in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood arts and business district.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting:

Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.

Qualification:

Assess potential clients’ needs and determine their eligibility for our financial solutions.

Educate:

Provide information about Premium Merchant Funding’s services and value propositions to potential clients.

Closing Deals:

As you hone your sales skills, we’ll train you to close your own deals and become an expert in not only this industry but also in managing your sales cycle from start to finish.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. A genuine passion for helping businesses succeed.
