Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Representative specializing in medical devices to expand our market presence in the Caribbean.
Responsibilities:
Market Development:
Identify and explore new business opportunities within the medical sector, establishing relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders.
Sales and Negotiation:
Present, promote, and sell our line of medical devices, ensuring the achievement of established sales targets.
Account Management:
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.
Training:
Provide training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals on the use of the instruments, highlighting its benefits and features.
Commercial Strategies:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive growth in the medical devices market.
Market Research:
Conduct market studies to understand customer needs and competition, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Event Participation:
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, strengthening brand presence and acquiring new clients.
Requirements Minimum Requirements:
Experience in sales within the medical sector. Preferably 1 year of experience in healthcare sales. Availability to travel. Proficiency in PC (Windows environment). Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Own vehicle. Valid work authorization (United States). Valid passport. On-site work (Doral office).
Desired Qualifications:
Native English / Conversational Spanish. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in the Caribbean market.
