We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-loving Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Architecture global sales and operations teams. Responsibilities Handle daily office administrative tasks: check deposits, sending samples to clients and sales staff. Coordinate logistics for import orders to the U.S., including communication with DHL and other freight forwarders. Support sales team with various needs, including quote preparation, lead follow-ups, and internal coordination. Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent client support. Maintain communication with suppliers and manage follow-up activities. Support the order process in SAP and Salesforce . Provide hands-on support to the operations and sales teams as needed. Requirements at least 2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or office administration in sales or Marketing. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines. Comfortable working under pressure, especially during end-of-quarter or end-of-year periods. Willingness to invest time and energy when needed to meet team goals. A positive, service-oriented, and friendly personality – you genuinely enjoy working with people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with SAP and Salesforce – preferred.
