We’re seeking a Sales Operations & CRM Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams by maintaining and improving CRM systems, automating workflows, and ensuring operational consistency across client accounts. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary CRM administrator for IFT and our AXIS clients (

CRM:

Go High Level) Support client onboarding by setting up and configuring CRM accounts, workflows, and pipelines Monitor performance metrics across accounts and produce sales and operations reports Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and help streamline client campaigns and automations Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth client experiences Learn and manage basic API integrations to connect systems and automate data flows Document processes and contribute to operational SOPs and internal knowledge base What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of experience working with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, GHL, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfort working with software tools and the ability to quickly learn new platforms Willingness to learn basic API and webhook configuration (coding skills not required ) Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude Experience in FinTech, investor relations, marketing automation, or sales operations is a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Why Join IFT Work with a fast-growing team at the cutting edge of financial technology Learn from senior leaders in FinTech, compliance, and capital raising Gain hands-on experience supporting real clients and scalable platforms Clear opportunity for growth into a more senior operations or technology role Beautiful office located in Aventura, FL—surrounded by energy and innovation
