Florida Premium Rentacar is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in growing our customer base, promoting our rental services, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with walk-in and online customers to promote rental services. Assist customers in choosing the best rental plan according to their needs. Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and close sales via phone, email, and in person. Upsell additional services such as insurance plans, SIM cards, and toll packages. Maintain knowledge of company policies, terms, and rental conditions. Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent communication and service. Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the car rental industry is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus). Professional appearance and attitude. Basic computer and CRM skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
