Prior experience in selling truck bodies or related automotive products is a plus, but not required . The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable working under a commission-based compensation structure .

Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and engage with potential customers interested in truck bodies. Provide personalized customer service and maintain follow-up communication. Prepare quotes and close sales effectively. Keep client records and sales reports updated. Participate in site visits, trade shows, or industry events as needed. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Spanish (required) – verbal and written. Previous sales experience (minimum 1 year in any industry). Experience in truck body or automotive sales is a plus. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferably Odoo). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
