Beyond Beauty Plastic Surgery is looking for a driven and bilingual Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We are a well-established plastic surgery clinic with double board-certified surgeons , dedicated to delivering exceptional results and patient care. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in guiding patients through one of the most important decisions of their lives. Your mission is to ensure every potential patient feels informed, supported, and confident in choosing our clinic for their surgical journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact and follow up with individuals interested in plastic surgery procedures Present and sell surgical procedures in a knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional manner Accept and process patient payments Educate patients on the entire surgical process, including pre-op, post-op, pricing, and financing options Clearly explain the costs involved and help them understand what to expect before, during, and after surgery Coordinate with other departments (medical, administrative, patient care) to ensure a smooth and seamless experience Build lasting relationships with clients and provide ongoing support

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) Strong communication and sales skills Ability to handle sensitive and emotional conversations with empathy and professionalism Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Previous experience in sales is a plus , especially in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or the medical field
