• Summary:

• South Florida Acrylics is a growing fabrication company that produces custom acrylic displays, signs and components for businesses and designers. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, develop new business and ensure our customers receive responsive, knowledgeable service.

• Compensation:

• Base salary $40,000-$50,000 per year depending on experience, plus commission on sales (3-5% of revenue from new or repeat customers). Top performers can earn $65k+ annually.

• Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to phone, email and social-media inquiries and qualify potential clients.

Provide product information, pricing and quotations; follow up on outstanding quotes to close deals. Maintain a pipeline of leads and use CRM tools or spreadsheets to track communications. Build relationships with new and existing customers and identify upsell or repeat-business opportunities. Coordinate with our production team to ensure orders are accurate and timelines are met. Attend local trade shows or networking events as needed.

• Qualifications:

• Fluent English (verbal and written) is required; bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable given our South Florida customer base.

Previous experience in sales or customer service; experience selling manufactured or custom products is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Organized and able to juggle multiple inquiries at once; comfortable using email, phone and messaging apps. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
