Location:

South Florida•Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties (Field-based) About the client: They are a growing importer and distributor of premium beverages—offering a diverse portfolio of water, beer, wine, and spirits. Their mission is to build long-term relationships with their clients through consistent service, quality products, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. They’re looking for a committed Sales Representative to join our team full-time as an Independent Contractor , ready to grow with us and help us expand across South Florida. Who they’re

Looking For:

They’re not looking for years of experience or a book of business. They’re looking for someone with drive, discipline, hunger, and resilience —a team player who wants to grow in the beverage industry and is ready to build something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a territory of accounts (retailers, restaurants, bars, hotels, etc.). Open new accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers. Increase product visibility and velocity across different beverage categories (water, beer, wine, spirits). Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs. Report progress weekly and collaborate closely with management. Act as a brand ambassador at tastings, samplings, or promotional events (as needed).

Compensation:

$2,000/month base payment (contractor fee) Commission by category: 3%•Water and Beer 5%•Wine 8%•

Spirits Performance Bonuses:

Additional bonuses awarded monthly based on: New account openings Growth in client volume Sales milestones Product placements or activations

Note:

This is a 1099 contractor position. Gas, tolls, parking, and other expenses are not reimbursed.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in B2B sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Bilingual (spanish/english) or strong level in english Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within South Florida. Ability to work independently and handle rejection with a positive attitude. Availability full-time and exclusively for the company. Must reside in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County).
