• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our fresh produce sales team! As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth by promoting our fresh produce products.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily calls to existing and potential customers to promote our fresh produce products and negotiate sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
• Stay up-to-date on product availability, pricing, and market trends to provide excellent customer service and drive sales
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of products

• Daily Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 25 calls per day to customers and potential customers
• Follow up on leads and prospects to close sales
• Manage and update CRM software to track sales activity and customer interactions

• Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
• 1-3 years of sales experience (produce or food industry experience a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

• Compensation:

• Base salary: $15/hour
• Commission structure: 1% commission on total sales (paid weekly)
