Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will promote Stanley Bittar Hair Transplant’s services to barbershops, salons, men”s grooming centers, and direct clients.
You will be responsible for building partnerships, generating new business, and representing our brand with professionalism and passion for hair care and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with barbershops, salons, beauty professionals, and grooming centers. Identify and pursue sales opportunities for hair transplant services and post-transplant care products. Promote and educate partners about the benefits of hair and beard transplant procedures. Represent the brand at local events, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings. Maintain a pipeline of leads and regularly report activity and results. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of sales experience in the beauty, haircare, medical aesthetics, or wellness industry. Strong existing network among barbers, salons, grooming professionals, and/or personal trainers. Passion for hair restoration, beauty, and wellness. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) a plus.
