Aroma360 is continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry! We’re looking for a Scheduling Assistant to join our team! The Scheduling Assistant position involves making outbound calls to potential clients to gather information needed to assist the sales team in closing deals. The role requires serving as the first point of contact for clients pre-sale, ensuring customer information is accurate based on their product needs and providing exceptional customer service to build a strong brand reputation. The ideal candidate should have excellent phone etiquette and be comfortable with outbound high call volume.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to gather information needed to assist Scent Consultants in closing sales Serve as the first point of contact for client pre-sale Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer information is accurate based on their product needs Provide exceptional customer service and build a strong brand reputation with potential clients Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience Strong scheduling and appointment-setting experience Experience in a luxury brand atmosphere is highly preferred Calendar management Outbound high call volume Customer service experience CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Strong data entry skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Outgoing and professional phone presence Strong organizational skills while multitasking Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency Demonstrated record of taking initiative Joining our team comes with a range of exciting benefits to support your health, well-being, and professional growth, including: Health coverage, including dental and vision insurance Life insurance
