Spanish Bilingual Sales Representative Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Description Summary:

Requires an energetic, motivated and dedicated sales professional to make outbound calls to potential customers, current customers and past customers. The incumbent is responsible for growing our customer base through prospecting and re-enrolling customers.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided)
• Managing leads by tracking and following up on them
• Conducting sales presentations via the phone and internet
• Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and call metrics

• MUST HAVE STRONG ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Additional Skills & Qualifications Requirements:

• 6 months or more call center experience; outbound experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED Best V Average- The best employee has a true understanding of the mechanics of a sale, is very articulate and has a high energy level.
