Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator for our Brand-New Location We are a new modern, high-energy orthodontic office searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! If you love helping patients understand their treatment options and enjoy working in a fun, supportive environment — we want to meet YOU!

MUST HAVES

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience as a treatment coordinator sales representative
• Perfect spoken and written English and Spanish
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Your Role Includes:

Presenting treatment plans and explaining financial options clearly and compassionately Discussing insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs with patients Answering patient questions and helping them feel confident in their care Scheduling treatment appointments efficiently Collaborating with the front desk and clinical teams for seamless patient care Following up with patients regarding pending treatment and insurance authorizations
