$65,000 to $75,000/year +

Uncapped Commission Experience:

Proven experience in door-to-door or field sales. Prior experience in a service-focused industry (construction, plumbing, HVAC, restoration, etc.). Prior experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Direct Hire Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (Ability to attend after-hours events such as trade shows, social networking events, etc.) HH Staffing is seeking a Business Development Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Perform door-to-door outreach and local networking to generate new leads and promote our services. Build trust and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers across various property and service sectors. Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business or project goals. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team growth. Keep accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community functions to strengthen brand presence and create new business opportunities.

Position Requirements:

Must have experience in one of the following fields: plumbing, landscaping, restoration, or roofing. Ability to manage a sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up over extended periods. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently. Comfort with face-to-face sales and field-based outreach. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting.
