We are looking for a career-minded fast learner, who thrives in a fast-paced small business environment and takes pride in their work. We need a proactive, positive problem-solver who will explore innovative ways to make our team even better and more productive. Under the supervision of the After Sales Manager, the Coordinator is responsible for promptly and accurately filing customer concerns with suppliers and manufacturers on behalf of the ProSource customers and communicating updates to the Account Manager and customer throughout the claim process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: File claims promptly and accurately upon receipt from Account Manager or customer Understand the ProSource relationship with suppliers and properly use this knowledge to enlist suppliers to help in resolving all claims Make a fair and honest assessment of the claim situation and work toward a fair resolution on behalf of ProSource and customer Attend weekly PK meetings to remain familiar with ProSource flooring products and visit online websites of manufacturers and industry associations to gather information Demonstrate sincere professional interest in customers by inquiring and identifying their needs Document all interactions with both customer and manufacturer Follow up with manufacturer to ensure company receives all credits for returned or defective goods Who you are: You have the ability to establish relationships of mutual trust and discern customer needs for effective resolution. You are a highly organized team player who uses time efficiently to achieve your goals, as well as the goals of the showroom. You must listen well and speak clearly and persuasively when suggesting alternative solutions.
