In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—responsible for scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales process. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the confidence to guide conversations that drive business results. Key Responsibilities Conduct warm outbound calls to qualified leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. Respond to inquiries, resolve client concerns, and provide outstanding service at every stage of communication. Coordinate appointment times that work for both clients and internal teams, balancing availability and business goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, messages, and scheduled appointments in our CRM (Salesforce or similar). Collaborate closely with the sales team to align outreach with business development strategies. Support lead generation campaigns and contribute to the development of outreach strategies. Stay current on industry trends, products, and value propositions to better communicate with prospective clients. Qualifications Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or sales support roles (experience in tech or home services preferred). Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a high level of professionalism. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport quickly.
