Job Overview As an Artificial Turf Sales Consultant, you’ll run pre-set appointments to sell artificial turf and water-efficient landscaping solutions, with the opportunity to offer additional landscaping services. This 1099 contractor role offers uncapped commission and is perfect for a driven, tech-savvy sales professional who thrives in a results-driven environment. Expect a flexible 40+ hour workweek, including evenings and at least two Saturdays per month. Key Responsibilities Attend pre-scheduled appointments to present and sell artificial turf and landscaping solutions. Build rapport with clients, tailoring solutions to their needs and closing sales. Secure signed documents, take required photos, and enter data into our CRM system. Collaborate with the construction manager to ensure projects meet customer expectations. Maintain a professional, self-motivated approach to achieve sales goals. Qualifications Prior sales experience, ideally in home sales or related fields (training provided for the right candidate). Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM and bidding software. Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and personal laptop or iPad required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients. Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings and at least two Saturdays per month.
