KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the creation and execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing and sales program designed to increase quality stairlift leads in all geographic markets.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential B2B clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Qualify leads, conduct discovery phone calls, and deliver compelling presentations for both potential new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute B2B marketing campaigns to attract new prospects and increase current client performance.
- Research market trends in new and existing markets, competitor offerings, and clients’ needs to inform and improve marketing strategies
- Support trade show preparation, virtual events, and other lead-generation activities.
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve established sales targets.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Achieve or exceed B2B new client growth targets.
- Increase leads and profitability of all B2B programs according to established lead and client performance targets.
- Maintain an excellent return on marketing investment according to corporate expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
