Key Debt Recovery is a growing third-party collection agency based in Orlando, FL, specializing in commercial and consumer debt recovery. We pride ourselves on delivering professional, effective, and ethical collection solutions for a wide range of businesses.

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a motivated and personable Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting and nurturing warm leads —individuals and businesses that have already expressed interest in our services. Your goal is to convert interest into action by onboarding new clients and helping them get started with our debt recovery services.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or collections (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence speaking on the phone and overcoming objections Strong follow-up and organizational skills Motivated by results and driven to meet goals High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities:

Call and email warm leads provided by our marketing and web inquiry systems Follow up on previous outreach attempts and re-engage interested prospects Clearly explain Key Debt Recovery’s services, fee structures, and value proposition Guide potential clients through the account placement and onboarding process Maintain accurate records of communications and status updates in CRM Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead to client Meet or exceed monthly goals and conversion targets

Compensation & Schedule:

Hourly pay based on experience Commission paid on successful client conversions Monday-Friday, full-time or part-time hours available
