About the Role As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be the first connection point for prospects from radio leads, workshops, and events. Your job is to schedule qualified appointments for our advisory team and nurture leads through thoughtful, mission-driven communication. What You’ll Do
- Schedule advisor appointments on key revenue days (Tues-Thurs)
- Follow up with leads from seminars, radio programs, and events
- Record all interactions in our CRM (Agency Bloc)
- Assist with meeting prep, greeting guests, and document signings
- Represent our brand at workshops and client events What We’re Looking For
- Sales or telemarketing experience preferred
- Excellent phone, communication, and follow-through skills
- Organized, personable, and motivated to make a difference
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
