Main Responsibilities:

Provide top-tier customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Handle customer queries through face-to-face interactions during the sales process. Assist customers in understanding various products and guide them in identifying solutions that meet their needs, followed by processing sales orders. Maintain accurate customer records and information within the systems. Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Meet or exceed both individual and team performance targets.

Customer Sales Representative Requirements:

No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The position will be on-site at various promotional events in the area. A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. An unwavering customer-centric approach to your work.
