Experienced Outside Fence Sales Representative Bilingual (English and Spanish) Fence Mall Orlando, FL Are you seeking a flexible work schedule and compensation that matches your efforts? We are currently seeking a self-motivated, energetic and driven Outside Fence Sales Representative professional to increase revenue through sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Covers sales in Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Polk and parts of Marion County. Learn and adopt Fence Mall’s structured selling process and complete required training. Reach out to potential leads via telephone/text (leads will be provided, so there won’t be any cold calling). Prepare estimates for customers by presenting, promoting and selling products/services using solid arguments to prospective customer and submitting to Main Office via email or DocuSign. Assist with financing paperwork. Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Follow up with customers and closing on estimates. Coordinate sales effort with permit coordinators. Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up. COMMISSION

opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Representative. Flexible schedule, prospective employee will use their time management to follow up with potential leads. This includes scheduling a time with potential lead to take measurements of their property and providing a fence quote. Should be 3 to 4 day turnaround Employee will be trained on all products Fence Mall provides, to better assist customers with their fencing needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Sales Representatives work some weekends and evenings as well as weekdays depending on how they choose to schedule their appointments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates should be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, honesty, integrity, and a desire for high commission. Strong presentation skills.
