Pure Barre is hiring a dynamic and people-focused Sales & Wellness Specialist to join our team! What You’ll Do:
Engage with potential and current clients to share the benefits of Pure Barre. Sell memberships, upgrades, and retail items while earning uncapped commissions. Build relationships, follow up with leads, and provide exceptional customer service. Host in-studio and community events to promote our studio and foster connections. Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining a positive, team-oriented mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales experience (fitness industry knowledge is a plus!). A true people person who loves conversation, problem-solving, and connecting with others. Weekend availability and flexibility to work evenings if needed (40 hours/week for full-time). Enthusiastic, organized, and driven to create a welcoming studio environment. Why Join Our Team?
