What You’ll Do:

As our Group Sales Coordinator , you’ll be the mastermind behind exciting partnerships, group events, and local collaborations that drive ticket sales, revenue, and buzz across the Orlando area . ✨ Your mission (should you choose to accept it): Smash volume, revenue, and yield goals for Madame Tussauds Orlando and

SEA LIFE

Orlando Aquarium Connect with schools, daycares, summer camps, scout groups, PTAs, churches, and more to build unforgettable group experiences Plan, coordinate, and execute events like a pro – from conventions to private parties Be the go-to liaison with ICON Park for cool private events like gender reveals and full attraction buyouts Create meaningful relationships with local hospitality teams, concierges, and ticketing desks ️

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate leads, qualify prospects, and turn contacts into contracts ✅ Train external partners on our attractions and offerings ‍ ✅ Manage sales reports weekly, monthly, and annually ️ ✅ Negotiate and organize contracts with our awesome North America Trade Team ✍️ ✅ Conduct outside sales calls (we reimburse your mileage!) ✅ Be a familiar face at trade shows, local events, and networking mixers ️ ✅ Keep our community engaged through newsletters, referral schemes, and promotions ✅ Drive secondary spend — from guidebooks to souvenir lanyards ️ ✅ Maintain and grow strong relationships with current accounts
