Position Summary We’re looking for a personable, motivated, andsolution-oriented Owner Solution Sales Representative to join ourgrowing team. This role will be responsible for handling bothinbound and outbound communications with timeshare owners,primarily focused on addressing feedback, answering questions, andsupporting resale and exit solutions. The ideal candidate is askilled communicator with a customer-first mindset and a drive tohelp owners find the best solution for their needs—whether that’sstaying engaged with their ownership or transitioning out. KeyResponsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls and emails fromowners with questions, concerns, or feedback related to theirownership experience.
  • Proactively conduct outbound calls andemails to follow up on inquiries, provide information, or presentVacatia’s resale solutions.
  • Educate owners on available optionsincluding resale assistance, rental programs, transition support,and owner benefits.
  • Identify opportunities to provide addedvalue, resolve pain points, and promote Vacatia’s services in aconsultative manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of allcommunications and interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate withinternal departments such as Resort Operations, Marketing, andProduct to escalate issues or enhance the owner experience.
  • Continuously stay informed on product offerings, resale trends, andtimeshare market dynamics to provide expert guidance to owners.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service, sales,or account management role—preferably in real estate, hospitality,or vacation ownership.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbaland written, with a warm and professional tone.
  • Comfortablemanaging both inbound and outbound outreach.
  • Empathetic listenerand persuasive communicator with a consultative approach to salesand support.
  • Self-motivated and organized with strong follow-upand multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms suchas Salesforce is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in helping people andimproving their experience with vacation ownership.
