Inside Sales 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 236 Outlook Point Drive, Orlando, FL 32809 We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for driving sales through proactive engagement with clients. This role involves a combination of strategic field calls, order entry, and providing front-line support to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re adept at managing sales operations, customer relationships, and driving revenue growth, we want to hear from you. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for quote and order entry while ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions. Strategic field calls, comprising 5-10% of your time, will allow you to build rapport with key accounts and provide regional expertise to clients. Additionally, you’ll provide front-line queue support, addressing customer inquiries promptly and efficiently. Your role will also involve evaluating quote statuses and utilizing follow-up dates to nurture leads effectively. Service accounts will be a priority, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling. Through proactive outreach and planned callouts, you’ll target new accounts and expand our client base. Your expertise will extend to inventory recommendations, maximizing sales opportunities with existing clients. Lead follow-up and mail list maintenance will also be integral to your responsibilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or related work experience. 2+ year of experience in a customer service or sales role. 1+ year of Wireless Industry experience, preferred. 2+ years of Product Application experience. Skilled in multitasking across phone, ERP, web browser, and email. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Including Teams, and Excel). Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
