Base Salary:

$40,000 (rising to $45K)

Uncapped Commission:

OTE:

$50K

• 60K/ Year 2: $60K
• 75K+/ Year 3+: $75K

IQ What You’ll Do:

Sell luxury cruise experiences (ocean, river, expedition) Work only warm leads Guide clients from inquiry through post-cruise follow-up Build deep relationships = repeat business & referrals Stay sharp with constant product training & updates

Who You Are:

1+ year experience selling luxury cruises Passionate about premium travel & five-star service Confident in 30-60 min calls that actually matter Hungry for commission Looking for a career, not just a job
