New Home Sales Consultant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide and support customers through the new home sales process.
Assist customers with decision making by determining needs, wants and budget.
Generating referrals and leads at through face-to-face and other marketing strategies at community events, industry conferences and other opportunities to mingle with potential customers.
Give tours of the model home center to prospects. Show the community and any available spec homes.
Serve as a trusted advisor/primary point of contact for home buyer(s) from initial meeting through home closing.
Ability and desire to learn, complete and continue to follow our structured sales process.
Complete and report on weekly traffic and weekly activities performed.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
Minimum 3-year sales experience. Required.
Proven success in sales. Required.
Must have excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, and be willing to work on the weekends.
Must have or be willing to earn Real Estate License upon hire.
Must have a good condition vehicle.
Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-driven sales professional.
Ability to handle a variety of tasks, effectively prioritize, and ensure follow-up.
Ability to work as part of a team & be relatable.
Strong organizational skills. PERKS $3,200 monthly training pay (draw) for 1-2 months. Full commission after. OTE $250k. Top Sales Consultants are earning $600k+.
