Role:

As a PEO Sales Representative, you’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to demo, close, and handoff. This is a high-impact, high-reward role designed for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, consultative B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership:

    Engage with interested prospects, manage sales cycles, and help potential customers evaluate PEO products and services.

  • Pipeline Management:

    Use Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage and track pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue.

  • Sales Calls & Product Demos:

    Conduct sales calls that include a short deck presentation and detailed product demos tailored to client needs.

  • Quota Achievement:

    Consistently close business and meet or exceed a defined sales quota.

  • Product Expertise:

    Become a subject matter expert on the PEO solutions platform and its competitive landscape.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition for new clients after the sale.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue and sales performance.
  • Run sales calls with a concise presentation and product demo that resonates with client needs.
  • Consistently close business and hit revenue quotas.
  • Become an expert across the entire PEO platform and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers.
What You Will Bring:
  • 3+ years of successful B2B or SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with HR software, PEO, HCM, or HR compliance solutions preferred
  • Skilled in consultative selling and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience.
