Responsibilities:
Use multiple methods of outreach to engage with customers
Create strong relationships with clients by utilizing a friendly and confident phone presence
Gain a solid understanding of the company’s value proposition and how they can assist client needs
Undertake research when it comes to mapping existing accounts, identifying customer pain points and potential areas of additional growth
