Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions. Utilize technology sales expertise to effectively communicate product benefits and features. Conduct upselling opportunities during customer interactions to maximize revenue. Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics. Participate in inside sales efforts by reaching out to potential customers through cold calling. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Qualifications Proven experience in technology sales or related fields. Strong skills in upselling, account management, and direct sales techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales confidently. Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus.
