We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team and help us expand our market reach and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including fleets, repair shops, and owner-operators. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, field visits, and networking within the trucking industry. Provide knowledgeable guidance and recommendations on truck and trailer parts to customers based on their needs and equipment specs. Manage customer accounts, process orders, and ensure timely delivery with coordination from our inventory and logistics team. Attend trade shows, customer site visits, and industry events to represent the company and promote products. Track sales activity on sales pipeline, opportunities, and customer feedback. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, heavy-duty truck, trailer, or parts industry. Knowledge of truck and trailer systems and parts (air brake, lighting, suspension, etc.) is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Ability to travel locally (up to 50%) to visit clients and build relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or industry-specific training a plus. Why Join Us?
