Sales Representative Position Available In Orange, Florida

Description We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this Contract to Permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in helping the team achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and with attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Generate sales by helping licensed tradespeople with their education requirements.
• Make outbound sales phone calls to customers; existing, potential, and past.
• Provide strategic direction to help customers meet business goals, overcome objections and impediments.
• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide detailed assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues effectively.
• Accurately input and update customer data in company systems to ensure seamless service.
• Handle order processing and entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct outbound calls for sales, marketing, and payment collection purposes.
• Analyze customer accounts to identify trends and opportunities for improved service.
• Collaborate with team members to refine customer experience strategies and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and stakeholders, maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Support the development of customer service best practices and contribute to team goals. Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service, including handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong account management skills within a team-based sales model
• Proficiency in managing email correspondence and scheduling tasks.
• Ability to handle order entry and payment collection processes efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with customer experience strategies and account analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in a position with the potential for long-term opportunities.
• Must be organized and possess ability to work independently to implement shared strategies developed by business unit leadership.
