The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of custom signage, large format printing, and digital print solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and support. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate signage and print solutions. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product samples. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure project accuracy and timely delivery. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the signage or digital printing industry . Knowledge of large format printing, vinyl graphics, banners, vehicle wraps, and custom signage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in graphic design or print production. Familiarity with estimating software or print management systems. Existing client base in relevant industries (e.g., retail, construction, real estate).
