This position involves engaging with homeowners and/or businesses to provide tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a “hunter” mindset, comfortable with prospecting and developing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site assessments and consultations with homeowners to evaluate their drainfield and plumbing needs. Develop and present proposals, estimates, and service agreements to potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with residential clients, ensuring a high level of trust and satisfaction. Educate homeowners on available solutions, benefits, and maintenance requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and contract details using company-provided software. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales. Strong understanding of residential plumbing and drainfield systems preferred (training on company-specific services will be provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Valid and insurable driver’s license. Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in using CRM systems or sales tracking tools (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus).
