Position Overview:

ProREZ Coatings is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our market presence in the vibrant State of Florida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting the full range of ProREZ Coatings industrial floor coating solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate new leads within the State of Florida territory through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including flooring contractors, facility managers, contractors, architects, and engineers. Conduct AIA presentations and drive project specifications. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions by presenting the features and benefits of ProREZ industrial floor coating systems. Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our coatings. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations. Provide ongoing support and build long-term partnerships with clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts. Collaborate effectively with the ProREZ Coatings technical and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably within the construction, industrial, or coatings industries. Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently. Provide project photos to aid in corporate marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to understand technical product information and effectively communicate it to clients. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Familiarity with the Florida market is required.
