Role:
Are you a confident closer who thrives in a consultative sales environment? We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team at Five Star Bath Solutions of Orlando . You’ll meet homeowners in their homes, assess their bath remodeling needs, and walk them through a premium one-call-close presentation. This is a high-earning opportunity with preset leads — no cold calling required.
What You’ll Do:
Attend preset, qualified appointments with homeowners (no cold calling) Present bathroom remodeling solutions using our proven one-call-close system Build rapport, identify customer pain points, and close deals on the spot Accurately measure and record project details Use One Click Contractor and Joist apps to build and present quotes Follow up with customers and communicate with our production team
What We’re Looking For:
Previous in-home sales experience
REQUIRED
(windows, doors, kitchens, bath, solar, roofing, etc.) Strong closer with consultative sales skills Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Self-starter with high personal standards and motivation to succeed
Compensation & Benefits:
