Sales Team Leader BimmerTech Orlando, FL 32809 • Hybrid work Who are we looking for? A motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to spearhead the efforts of our sales team and drive revenue growth. The person in this role will be responsible for devising and implementing sales strategies, mentoring sales representatives to help them achieve their full potential, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Orlando showroom, which specializes in installing the products offered at the BimmerTech online store. What will you be in charge of? Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Managing a team of 4-8 specialists. Leading and motivating the team to meet and exceed sales targets, by providing training and support to sales representatives that will enhance their performance and skills. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with marketing, R D, technical support, and other cross-functional teams. What do we expect from the candidates? Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of sales specialists. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets. Good organizational and decision-making skills. Good understanding of automotive and consumer technologies.

A passion for and/or familiarity with all things BMW. Experience in the e-commerce industry. Experience in sales over live web chat and phone.
