  • Responsible for selling Truist Momentum (Workplace Financial Wellness Solution) to our Wholesale clients to deepen existing client relationships and be a proof point for Truist’s purpose. In addition, present Truist Momentum to strategically relevant prospects to open doors to new business (B2B Sales).
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. This role is to serve as the Truist Momentum Sales Consultant working with Wholesale Bankers to sell Truist Momentum to their clients. As such, the candidate would:
  • Educate Wholesale Bankers on the Momentum program and how to introduce it to strategically relevant clients/prospects.
  • In addition to Wholesale Bankers, this role will also work with the Financial Inclusion Team, Truist Leadership Institute, Wholesale Payments, and other internal partners to identify good Momentum candidates within Wholesale Banking.
  • Present (in person and virtually) the Momentum program to key client decision makers (CEO, CFO, VP of HR) and follow up until client signs Momentum agreement.
  • Manage the sales process from first pitch to signed agreement. 2. Contribute to the overall strategy of the Momentum team. 3. Provide support to the team through strategic projects, site testing, and training as needed.

Demonstrates passion for personal finance education and for helping others succeed. 2. Three or more years of B2B Sales experience ($10k to $100k deals). 3. Demonstrates professionalism and ability to interact with and persuade C-Suite executives to make purchasing decisions. 4. Collaborates well with others in team settings, but also is a “self-starter” who can manage his/her time and complete tasks without supervision. 5. Experience managing projects, timelines and sales pipelines. 6. Passionate about the Momentum program and the 8 Pillars curriculum. 7. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills to create client decks, pipeline reports, and demonstrates a general strength with technology. 8. Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1. Excellent public speaker with ability to present to large groups of people. 2. Ability to create custom pipeline dashboards and reports in Excel or similar software. 3. Strong background knowledge of personal finance principles. 4. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and related training
