Weekends OFF Major Holiday’s OFF Business Casual dress code = no suits in the summer!!! We only speak to owners and the best part; you’re not limited to 1-3 tours a day. The opportunities are endless as we work with the owners from their own homes. No OFF season, if they are not on vacation, we get to talk to them! This position requires a valid Florida Real Estate License and works onsite.

How You’ll Shine:

No Cold Calling:

All leads are prequalified and provided by the company. Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Conduct presentations via the phone to our current customers. Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current customers. Articulate the benefit of traveling with Travel + Leisure. Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training.

What You’ll Bring:

1-2 years of previous commission-based sales experience. Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment. Internal drive to not only achieve but exceed sales goals. Ability to overcome objections with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
